Can YOU tell which FBS job titles are actually real versus made up? It's getting harder!

Good morning, and thanks for spending part of your day with Extra Points.

I'm back from spending a few days in Phoenix at Grand Canyon University. I'm working on finishing up the last of all my transcriptions and notes, since I spoke to quite a few folks on my visit...people who mostly pretty recognizable job titles. University President. Athletic Director. Sports Information Director. Coach. That sort of thing.

But increasingly, athletic departments, especially college football staffs, are growing at such a rate that they've run out of all of the regular job titles, and are now inventing new ones. Let me pass the mic over to Andy, who has spent time digging into this new development.

Starting in bowl season and continuing for several weeks, the Twitter account for the University of Florida's football program frequently shared professionally designed graphics and links to press releases that announced the hires of numerous off-the-field coaches and support personnel.
