Takeaways from the NCAA Constitutional Convention Zoomapalooza
Good morning, and thanks for your continued support of Extra Points.
A quick announcement before we get into things. Tomorrow, at 3:00 ET/2:00 CT, I am giving a talk at the University of South Carolina, to discuss both my college football What If book, but other major historical pivot points in CFB history. I know we'll be discussing early BYU football history, the formation of the modern Ivy League, the historical evolution of the NCAA's regulatory authority, and more. It'll be fun, I promise.
This event is on Zoom, completely free, and is open to the public. More info can be found in the graphic below. I hope to see you there!
Also, I have another episode of the Athletic Director U podcast out, where I talk to Navigate's Jeff Nelson and ESPN's Bill Connelly about the latest Navigate Playoff Committee projections, how we should reconcile things when spreadsheets and our eyes tell us something different, how the Big 12 race could shake out, whether Georgia has already clinched a Playoff spot, and more.
These episodes will publish every Tuesday until the final Playoff bracket is announced.
There will be plenty more talk about the College Football Playoff soon. But today? Today is all about Zoom.
